I had applied for a CitiGold Checking account on -/-/- under a promotional offer. The promotional offer stated that I would receive - - - Advantage miles by spending $1000.00 on my debt pin-enabled card in transactions within 3 months from account opening. I also needed to make - bill pays with the account in separate months. I completed all of the requirements within the three-month time frame ( completed on -/-/- ) and then confirmed multiple times with the consumer service team at Citi that I was eligible and had met the terms of the promotion for which I signed up for. I have saved documents of my communication with the Citi costumer service representatives.The promotion states that - - miles will be credited to your account within 90 days from meeting the promotional requirements. Since I met the requirements on -/-/- and it is now past the I am now filling a formal complaint to expedite the process of receiving the the miles Citi has not given me as a result of the Citigold offer.
