U.S. Bancorp Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease California
I turned over my lease three months in a impeccable condition on -, - 2016. I got acknoledgement from dealer with odometer statement. I always paid my lease payment on time without even a single day being late for last three years. I returned car to dealer and leased another similar vehicle. The lease was with US Bank and made a call to them and understood the lease remaining four months $850.00 to be paid. I paid to the dealer and dealer sent payment of $1000.00 to the bank. Bank sent me a letter on -/-/2016 about additional money. The car was very clean and less mileage than contracted and kept the car with them for a month since I turned it over. They are still demanding additional $200.00 to be paid. There was late payment of $25.00 as additional where as I never missed a single payment even by one day. Its the bank that took almost two months to send me the ivoice after I turned the lease in with dealer on -, - 2016. This kind of untrusted and greed behaviour causing me lot of anxiety. We need some protection to make sure lease turning in should be as per process and within stipulated time. Not to wait after a month and half and sending additional extraction of money.
