Dear Sir/Madam : I wrote the following letter to Chase through their online submission system about a week ago and did not hear back from Chase at all. " I opened a - card with - bonus offer and after receiving the card within a week or so I received a better offer - spending $3000.00 within the first three months and get - bonus miles. I contacted Chase immediately to see if Chase could honor this offer and I was guaranteed to received the additional - bonus miles after spending $3000.00. I called on - -, and the first customer representative refused to do so giving the reason that the - offer charges a $95.00 annual fee at the beginning and Chase can not make that charge anymore. Due to that technical difficult, Chase can not honor the additional - miles. I argued with him to see if there anything else he could do for me since I was guaranteed by Chase to receive the additional - miles. He brought his manager in line and discuss this
I asked her is there any other alternatives Chase can do for misleading me, such as waive the next annual fee, and she said a straight " NO ''. I contacted - - immediately ( original email from me and response from - - in the following ) and the reply I got is Chase is responsible for the additional - miles. I called Chase on - - again and the customer representative just told me she was told to tell customer " NO '' for this situation, meaning Chase does not honor this offer. I am very frustrated and disappointed by all of the different and contradictory answers received from Chase. Initially I was promised by Chase to get these additional - miles and later I was refused by different reasons from different people at Chase. Nothing is consistent with Chase. And most of the service regarding this situation I received was rude, the customer service is not paying attention to what 's going on with me and only offers " NO '' to me. I have been a loyal and good customer with Chase for years and I feel like I am fooled by Chase completely! '' I could have used other credit cards to make my purchase instead of spending more than $4000.00 on this Chase credit card in two months.
