JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account Illinois

I have been banking with Chase for almost ten years. I always use their checking account as my primary account. I never pay the bill late and keep a great credit score. However, about 4 years ago, all my credit card accounts with Chase got cancelled without any reason. In the past four year, my credit application with Chase always got rejected. I really want to fix the relationship with credit card department with Chase.
