Amex Credit card department,
- - ( - ) does not provide their account holders credit card on file with detailed transaction information. The information is batched into single transactions billed to - , - My family just discovered that - - - - has been billing us for over 2 years for hundreds of dollars ... ..all unauthorized. - will only credit 60 days. We had no way of knowing of fraudulent charges based on our American Express charges monthly and this is wrong. Am. Ex & - need to provide detailed transaction reports so a consumer can readily detect fraud. Please help me get credit for the numerous unauthorized transactions from - on our account.
