Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New York

I noticed this morning - things came out of my account earlier than I was expecting. I was unable to get to the ATM until -. I called to see if I would still be charged and was told I was 21 minutes past the cutoff. I have an ATM receipt that clearly shows nothing has even been withdrawn so the items are still pending. They have n't charged the fees yet but I 'm sure they will. Especially after the agent told me. I 'm getting my tax return check in the mail this week and I 'm definitely taking my account to another bank. I have had way too many problems with this one.
