I 'm being sued by a predatory debt collector .they claim to have purchased a debt that they say is mine. They claimed to have purchased debt in -/-/2016 and are suing me as of -/-/ -. I never had this debt, it has never appeared on my credit report before.the dates they give place me living with my parents at the time and I did n't have a utility bill in my name while living with them
