On -/-/16 someone wired our money out of our checking acct.online. I received an e-mail on -/-/16 from the bank that I had changed my password, another that I had changed my phone number, another that I wired money out and there 's a -.The amt.was - wired to - Bank.The bank would n't talk to me on the phone, I did n't know the password! I went to the bank and reported.I closed that acct.and opened a new - without online access.I reported to the police. I was told they would refund my money within 30 days, but usually within 10 days.We had this acct.almost - yrs.We are -, this is our only money.I had paid bills that day.Those payments bounced, late fees are now due, I had to spend money designated to other bills to pay these returned bills.Electric co.requested it in writeing .I asked the bank manager to give me a statement that it had to be closed & is under investigation.NO, would n't give me it.I have not received any information at all.Now, besides the late fee, I must go pay cash in person for 1 year as I paid them on a closed acct!! I

I was told the bank had 3 days to notify us of findings to date.We begged, could n't get anything.And that the bank had 10 business days to investagate, and then should refund us all but - while investigation is ongoing.We desperately need our money now.We have late fees pileing up, we ca n't pay.I ca n't pay anything on time as I 'm still trying to catch up. We can pay our bills, but it takes all our money.We do n't have an extra - to spare while the bank takes it 's time investigating.We need help!! I 'm so surprised and disgusted that the bank would treat us like this. They gave away my money, changed my password, phone number, address, without my knowledge.And now I have to beg for my money, and they could care less.Please, please help us ASAP!! Any help is greatly appreciated.
