By mistake I made a payment to a closed credit card account. The closed account is U.S. Bank account number - - - -. The overpayment was for $400.00. U.S. Bank will not refund the overpayment and I have asked 5 times on the phone and twice via a letter. Three ( 3 ) months and no money.
