I am excercising Power of Attorney over joint assets, because JP Morgan has engaged in the elder abuse of - - and - -. When - - and - - attempted to use their money from account -, a joint account with my name on it, they were denied access to their money. They could not access funds to pay an exterminator for maintenance services of real estate property. There is a specific company set up to manage real estate property and assets, - - My company, - - is helping with the real estate law management of this situation. JP Morgan has repeatedly spat in my face and abused elderly people in my family. They have repeatedly committed acts of fraud and taken over $200000.00 in cash assets and real estate assets from me. They have also given - -, and other questionable individuals access to money from my bank accounts when they did not have any legal right to. I would say that the people running JP Morgan have some severe mental issues. If I am given a difficult time while exercising power of attorney over joint assets, I am going to have my elder law attorney file papers in surrogate court. JP Morgan is under investigation by - for participating in this type of abuse. I already have been to the correct court and I have obtained a judge 's order against certain abusive third parties.
