I went to a hotel in my city of - where I believe the front door clerk stole my card information. when I realized the balance I immediately called chase for a resolution and was denied any help. I could n't believe how betrayed I felt by a company entrusted my funds with. Its like everybody 's nice until you need help. I just want my money back and my acct secured correctly.
