1. On -/-/2016, I transferred $480.00 and $46.00 from - external accounts to my Chase checking account. I was expecting these funds could be used within 2 business days. 2. On -/-/2016 ( which is the third business days after -/-/- ), I transferred $40.00 out of my Chase checking via - before I found out that the previous - transfers were not deposited into my account. 3. On -/-/2016, I was charged $34.00 as INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE though I have over $500.00 transfer in pending since -/-/2016. 4. I argued with Chase but they said it is the policy and they would not waive the fee.
