Barclays PLC Complaint

Barclays PLC Credit card department,

I signed up for a - Extra Points Visa Card with barclaycard. I was informed that I would receive bonus points for my payment of my - - SBL ( Seat Builder License ). However, I just made my payment for that license on -/-/16 for $4000.00. However, the company did not aware me the correct bonus rewards as promised.
