Well I asked the manager could I renew my loan. She stated her Company policy is that since I sent her Company a cease and desist letter not to call my job ( because I ca n't accept calls on my job ) but they are welcome to call me on my home, cell, or any references if they could not contact me she would not renew my loan. I advised her that I had never heard that before and I felt like it was a personal vendetta that she had against me. I feel that I was biasly discriminated against based on the way I looked, And because I was not a certain color and did n't look a certain way. I feel that I am a law abiding citizen that deserves to be treated fairly and her predatory lending ways should not be prohibited just because she does not like me because of her own I 'll gotten reasons. I did try to call her supervisor whom she has a personal partnership with and nothing never gets resolve because of this conflict of interest. Her Supervisor never return the call. I plan to consult a lawyer because bias predatory lending discrimination is not prohibited by consumer law and this matter needs to be addressed and resolve, so another fellow - wo n't have to go through what I did.
