On -/-/2016 I transferred money from Bank of America to Bank of America - - to create a - Savings Account. A mistake on their part led to the account being canceled. Despite repeated calls to BOA - Accounts, a visit to my local BOA branch and assurances that my money would be returned, I can not get Bank of America to return my money.
