I confronted TDbank in - ma. I explained that our accountant - - was in our opinion had stolen the funds from our lottery ticket for - dollars. - - - - - - ma, has been charged and convicted .we had our house broken into all files stolen.police report filed .i closed this account and I have never received any paperwork on this account as we closed it and now - tells me I owe this bank - I owe nothing and this is interfering with me obtaining a proper safe home for myself and my - child this account reports closure status unknown and a report date of -/-/12 I am still at the same address as i was and no checks ever got ordered to this account .TD bank needs to fix this
