A - representative told me that they would delete this account from my credit profile ( specifically told me that almost word for word ) if I made the payment. I made the payment while in collections, and the account is still showing on my credit report through Penn Credit. - needs to uphold their word and have their collection company remove this account from my credit profile. This is a bait and switch scenario.
