Ocwen is servicing a paid off mortgage that is still on title for this property. We are attempting to short the - mortgages active on the property but can not continue due to the Ocwen serviced mortgage. Ocwen has refused to process a lien release because they received it from the previous servicer with a zero balance. Despite numerous verbal and written requests for the following information, Ocwen will not cooperate and provide answers to the questions below. 1. Current status of account 2. Date of service transfer 3. Identity of former servicer 4. Identity of former/current mortgage holder
