Capital One Credit card department,
I applied for a business credit card with Capital One. Capital One ran my credit ( score of - ; see attached ). I have a fraud alert on my credit report so Capital One was supposed to call me and ask me questions about my report to verify my identity. Capital One never called me at the number provided. I received a letter from Capital One dated - - ( attached ) stating that they were unable to reach me concerning the fraud alert. I wrote Capital One back ( attached ) informing them I never received a call from them and asking them to call me back. They never did as of -/-/-.
