JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I accidentally made a payment of - I meant to only pay - I have sent - emails requesting to have a refund. I have sent the requested documents ( voided check, transaction report showing payment to Chase bank and also a copy of my bank statement ). The payment was made via my bank bill pay online on -/-/16. I am being told that they did n't receive document by - representative and then told by a different representative they received everything fine and it was forwarded for review.
