On -/-/2016 I made a wire transfer for $3700.00 for goods purchased through - through my Business Checking account at Capital One. After 14 days, the funds never made it to the recipient. I had Capital One initiate a trace on the funds and - -, from Capital One Branch in -, Texas ( Address : - - -, -, T- - Phone : ( - ) - ) told me that she did not know what happened to the funds. I made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with her, and Capital One customer service with no resolution. Finally, I contacted the - and filed a complaint. They told me that I requested to cancel the transfer on -/-/- ( I did ) and then requested to recall that cancellation the same day ( I did not ). The beneficiary has not received the funds and it has been over 4 months.
