FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) States that the original creditor ( TDAF ) is required to accurately report the DOFD separately to the CRA ( - ) no later than 90 days after the charge-off date ( -, - ). The purpose of this section is to determine the exclusion date. TDAF acted as was both the original creditor and collector for this account. The vehicle was repossessed in -, -. FCRA 605 ( c ) was created for one purpose only, to affix a date based on the commencement of the delinquency which proceeded to collection and subsequent charge-off on my account. The specific key point in my account is that this charged-off account became delinquent - and has remained in delinquent status EVERY MONTH for over SEVEN YEARS and never brought into paid as agreed status, therefore this account should be deleted. TDAF has misinterpreted FCRA 605 ( c ) and failed to accurately report the DOFD as mandated by FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ). Attached is copy of the Account History provided by TDAF, copy of - Investigation Report and a Certified Mail Receipt copy of my dispute to TDAF.
