JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I have a Chase - Visa credit card, which I 've had for a few years now. On the card anniversary, Chase promises to give the cardmembers a hotel award night, which is placed in the cardmember 's - account. My anniversary was some time in the fall of -, and I did not receive my hotel award. I did n't realize that my award was missing until - of -, at which time I called both Chase and - on various ocassions asking for my hotel award. - companies blamed the other company for the issue, but eventually Chase sent me a letter indicating that I should have my award within 10 business days from - -, -. It has now been approximately 40 business days since - -, and I still do n't have my award.
