JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
- - I paid off a Chase Visa balance in full and closed the account. I told the rep to make sure the balance was paid in full and I was assured there would be no revolving interest charges. On - - I received another statement with another balance. I think Chase Visa needs to train their people better and/or be a little more honest. The representative seemed more interested in keeping me as a customer and offered to lower the interest rate on the card. I insisted they close the account completely but still was pushed by the representative not to cancel my account. I had to be persistant against the preditory representative at Chase Visa.
