i made online payments through my bank. They returned the funds 3 months in a row. They called and said i was late. we did a 3 way call with my bank and confirmed the payments were sent out on time but returned to bank by them. I immediately gave them the debit card ( which was tied to the account online the funds was going out of ) and paid it in full. we confirmed with the representative account #, address, etc. They are still returning my payments and notifying credit bureau i am late. The representative told both my banker and i that they would have somebody call both of us back the next day to confirm that payments were sent and returned and correct info sent to credit bureau 's. That never happened and they are still notifying credit bureau that i am late. I filed a complaint with the - but as of yet nothing resolved. Thank you
