I believe I am victim of Mortgage and Mortgage Servicing Fraud. - - - and Wells Fargo N.A . are both claiming to be the note holder of a loan in my name which is being serviced by a third party entity. I have sent both parties Qualified Written Request and Debt Validation Request and neither have sent adequate responses.
