I purchased on my Chase Visa card an unlimited private plane package from a company called -. When I tried to make my first booking I was unable to get confirmation numbers. After repeated calls and emails to - over the next 3 weeks, I emailed them as well as sent them a certified letter cancelling the service. This was due to the fact that they were unable to provide the service. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company Chase. I was denied, the reason being the item I purchased was non refundable. I then refiled with Chase private banking directly, stating the company was a fraud, had never provided service, so the dispute was for lack of service or services never received. Visa / Chase answer was denied to to Billing error, which was never my dispute. Chase said they would look into it. They then said the issue was, Visa made the determination and my dispute was with Visa. By this time I was proven correct when - ceased operations and closed its doors. They just took the money and ran.. They took Millions of dollars and there is no government oversight or arrest being made to a company that steals people 's money and runs away.. I am out $15000.00 plus accruing monthly interest payments.
