Unsolicited issuance of credit card New Mexico
I have notified Wells Fargo New Mexico, N.A. in writing three times that the replacement chip credit card it sent me was never received. I did not request the card, but WF will not take action to replace the missing card without forcing me to endure endless telephone conversations followed by sales pitches I do not have time for. I have spent time on the phone with WF verifying my identity and correctly answering security questions, but WF still will not 1 ) acknowledge my report of the missing card ; and 2 ) commit to replacing the card without requiring me to endure more endless telephone calls and sales pitches. Please instruct Wells Fargo to send a new card and stop requiring me to use antiquated, inefficient voice telephone systems to resolve a problem which I did not cause. Thank you.
