Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

- was repossessed by Honda Financial Services on or around - - or -. As soon as vehicle was recovered, I contacted the company to try to obtain vehicle back. The customer agent advised me of the payment amount due and when it needed to be paid. The amount need to be paid was $3700.00 and need to be paid by - - according to the customer service agent in the recovery department. I obtained a check from my financial institution and had it sent via overnight delivery on - -, 2016. After following up with the company on - -, the company vehicle disclosed that they would send the release forms to the company - - located in -, T- the same day, so I could arrange for pickup of my vehicle the following week. Monday - -, I contacted - - and told that they received my documentation but my vehicle was transferred to Auction on - - according to - at - -, her number is -. I contacted Honda Financial Services again because I could n't understand why they would arrange a payment and then send the vehicle to auction before the agreed upon date. I was also told by the agent - and - that I actually had until - - to pay the fee to recover the vehicle. my vehicle is currently still at the auction location and I am trying to work out a time to retrieve my vehicle. All of my personal possessions have been removed from my vehicle and I was never provided any notice about any of these proceedings or what I could do to remedy this situation. I am also a servicemember with protection under the Servicemember Civil Relief Act, I served for 12 years, but recently separated in - to move into the - Component. I know there are laws to protect servicemembers, but my biggest issues revolved around not being able to recover my personal belonging and remitting a payment for a vehicle that was sent to auction after it was paid.
