I was assigned account number - for a - Nissan Rogue in the amount of $11000.00 from - /Consumer Portfolio Services -/-/- I never received tile and ultimately the vehicle. When I inquired about this account I was told - - - was ultimately responsible for the vehicle and suit was filed against the company. I was told I would receive in writing a letter to present to the credit bureaus removing this debt as part of the class action lawsuit against consumer portfolio. During the investigation two years ago it was determined that the vehicle in fact was never registered and the loan and title was not properly processed by - and Consumer Portfolio and the vehicle was in - - - possession. Again, I am asking for this account to be removed from my - credit report as it has already been removed from my - and -. Please send in writing to my address below when this account has been removed. - - - - - - . -, OH - SSN # - DOB : -
