Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

I have a - checking account ending in - with Chase for last 12 years. Of late my overdraft charge scenarios has gone uncontrolled leading to overdraft for overdraft related negative account balance. - such example is show below. 1. On -/-/16 during the day my account balance fell below o. 2. By that night had deposited $200.00 and had brought the balance to positive $54.00 - Proof is in ATM receipt attachment 3. However above referenced deposit was overlooked and was charged - overdraft fees on same day = -/-/16 of $34.00 each totaling to $68.00 resulting in my account going negative again.Proof is in second attachment 4. Fortunately has a tax refund the next day which saved additional overdraft charges. I spoke with Chase customer service at different levels to get this addressed but I was given various technical reasons and nothing was done. I am going through an acute income reduction chase and would appreciate if this issue could be resolved and account funded back with this incorrect $68.00 overdraft fees.
