Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low
JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Wisconsin
Chase bank is charging excessive fees in excess of - dollars for a single negative account incident. They have been maximizing fees by reordering transactions and approving transactions to charge fees and then denying them later so they may charge another fee. Fees charged to this extent are unconscionable and entrapping. If I do not get relief from these fees I may be forced to file bankruptcy because it is impossible, on a fixed income, to get out from underneath a bank that is charging me over - dollars for credit at an egregious rate and charging fees for credit they never even extended. I requested that they do not process transactions against my account when it is negative the last time they charged me over - dollars in fees. I do not understand why after litigation with - - and - - - the rules have not been changed and these deceptive contracts of adhesion are allowed to continue. I should not be able to say honestly that borrowing money from a criminal loan-shark would have been a cheaper and less financially dangerous choice than the legal contract I have been bound to, without even having to provide voluntary consent, which according to chase allows for this type of highway robbery.
