Chase Bank Slate Card : Handling of dispute between myself and an automobile repair facitlity was grossly mis-handled and after being assured that it would be investigated and I contacted if anything updated, the disputed $150.00 charge was put back onto my card on -/-/16 without so much as a message to that effect.
