On - -, 2016 I have disputed Citi Bank 's response which never addressed customer 's complaint at all. It 's absolutely NOT possible to continue my banking experience with such type of bank who has numerous prohibited banking practice. I am asking this bank to provide me their CEO 's name and address, so I can take court action against this bank who took my savings away. Due to the different issues I complained about ( see attached evidence ) I am asking this bank to pay all my losses : promotional bonus at least $900.00, thank you points -, my own money losses $280.00 due to illegal charge for - balance account to be closed, refuse to close the accounts when customer asked this bank 3 times via secured messages, fail to provide any notice regarding monthly service charge, mistreatment suffering, fraudulent account opening, miserable branch experience, calling customer for unwanted product, intentional harassment, calling customer from fraud department when no fraud happened, etc. in the past 8 months, customer is asking this bank to pay - pain, suffering due to the above accused banking practice. Customer further ask this bank to pay all owed debts so I can end this miserable banking experience immediately. I have account with NO monthly fee charge, why do I have to bank with CITI to lose money $280.00.
