Citibank responded to my compliant but has rejected their own solution to the problem. I believe they misrepresented the information and did not properly follow through with their recommendation or have incompetents responding to these complaints. I do n't understand their reasons, I contacted the bank multiple times and have talked with a variety of people. They do n't seem or attempt to understand the problem. This bank 's policies are hostile to the customer.
