I am currently trying to refinance under the - program. You need to be current on all mortgages in the last 12 months in order to qualify, which I am. Ditech Mortgage has incorrectly reported to the credit agencies that I am at least 90 days past due on my mortgage which is absolutely not accurate, even according to their own records which they have sent to me. I have been following up with them for well over a month to get them to correct this and notify the creditors that the report was an error and we have paid as agreed, but today -/-/2016 they have still not corrected the situation and this is adversely affecting my credit score and my ability to refinance. I have called several times and emailed and this remains an issue. I 'm asking for help to get this rectified quickly so it stops impeding what I need to do as they do n't seem to care or have a sense of urgency in correcting it.
