I arrived home late tonight from a long trip and found that my internet cable connection and landline telephone service had been knocked out by a neighbor 's tree that fell in my yard. So I tried to get into my bank account through a mobile wifi device. However, despite the fact I have not asked JP Morgan to identify my computer, it insisted that it " did not recognize '' my computer and demanded that I call a phone number to get a code. I did so and wasted a lot of time answering idiotic questions, allegedly from " public records. '' Because I did not provide the answers that it wanted, they would not provide me the code to get into my account. I have been denied access to my account and money at JP Morgan for two or more weeks now. The data sources JP Morgan uses in this stupid little game are inaccurate ; I have no way to guess the right answers they want. JP Morgan should not be allowed to deny its customers access to their accounts by their fake " security '' procedures that do little to protect me from real cyber crime but reliably deny me access to my money and accounts. This is the worst kind of bad faith pretense of something that provides JP Morgan with an unreliable excuse for its bad behavior.
