Closing/Cancelling account California

Chase closed my Checking account that I opened in the beginning of this year, following that closure, they stated they are now closing my credit card as well. I had high cash deposits / withdrawals due to a few trips to - - but I have proof of the income and it 's reporting to the IRS under my social security from - -. I have written a letter to the Executive Office at Chase and I am currently pending a response.
