Hi my name is - - I have been trying to get a loan modification with my servicer Ocwen on my property - - - -, - CA - for over 3 years, they have refused to cooperative and they have been engaging in dual tracking and wrongful foreclosure. My property is now in foreclosure and i am facing the possibility of losing my home.
