I was trying to use my Paypal Prepaid Debit Card for the very first time. I could not withdraw the cash even though I knew I had put money on the card. I checked balance several times since I was confused. I later found out that I was charged a fee to check balance, in fact, I was charged the SAME fee several times in a row! And an ATM Transaction Decline Fee two times. All this within the space of several minutes. Even if a fee is charged in such a situation, it is not right to charge the same one several times in the space of a few seconds/minutes!!
