Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Colorado

Chase Consumer Banking ( Chase ) - - - - -, CO - where we have had a business checking account for the past 20 years and regularly make monthly deposits has refused to honor and pay for a deposit made - -, 2015. We have a list of checks from clients deposited on that date along with a deposit Transaction Summary issued by Chase showing the Account Number and that a checking deposit was made in the amount of $2300.00. This problem was discovered some time later when a bank statement was received in - 2015. We contacted Chase, informed them of the problem and presented the above information to them. They, we assume, did some analysis and later informed us that they do not know what happen to the checks in the deposit on that day and that they would need to move the issue to more senior management. In - of this year we received a letter from the Chase Executive Office, - T- apologizing for the problem, informing us that we had withdrawn the checks after they were deposited and, therefore, there was no deposit made that day. This is completely fiction and false, we were never informed by the local Chase that this happen because it never did. As mentioned above we have made client check deposits each month for the past - years and have never withdrawn a deposit at the time of deposit or anytime thereafter. We continue to call the local Chase and try to get some resolution. They continue to inform us that senior management will be calling us to hopefully resolve the issue. To date the only contact we have had is the above mentioned letter and obviously no deposit money. The issue is now a year old and we need the money to try and continue our business.
