I contacted my bank to dispute a group of charges that I knew were not authorized by me. The bank replied with contact the vendor to get it resolved. This is something that I have never experienced with them before. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and never had them not process the disputed charges. So I contacted the vendor we went through every charge and they informed me for unauthorized charges to contact my bank to dispute them. I contacted the bank again today, the dispute processor basically called me a liar. Then she told me she had to hear it from them because it is their job to settle the disputes. I asked when Chase changed their policy on disputes and wanted to speak with a manager. I waiting for 45 minutes and no one came to the phone.
