I had a huge issue with American Express for my credit card when I requested to have my name revised and my address updated. 1. I have not receive my new credit card as promised. 2. I have not been reimbursed the expenses I incurred to verify my identity as I told. This is all recorded and I have submitted the invoice as well as the request of a credit for the harassment they incurred.
