GM Financial Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida
I should have walked away when processing the loan. In order to be financed, I was required to purchase an expensive extended warranty that I did not want, and expressed I did not want. Then, somehow - gained access to my personal information in the loan application and started calling my employer trying to sell me service ( got me in a lot of trouble at work ). I thought that was private information. In addition to the extremely high interest rate ( which was my fault for agreeing to-I understand that ), if you are late, they hit you with incredibly high fees that can exceed your actual payment. When my husband lost his job, I fell behind on my payments. They called me - a day, even after making payment arrangements. I had to request they contact me by email or mail, and not by phone because they were harassing me. They did not like that. Even now, when I call, they do n't want to talk until I give them a number to call me on. Then, without warning or notice or anything, they repossessed my vehicle when it was only a month past due. Stay far far away from this scam of a company. It 's like making a deal with the - himself.
