Encore Capital Group Debt collection department,

I do not know Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Pennsylvania

Called and threatened jail time for a payday loan I never had. Explained to them I have not worked since -/-/-. I 'm -. Told me I took out a loan in -/-/-. I asked them to send verification in the mail. Told me they ca n't. They hung up on me and told me good luck, you will need it. Then they called my - year old mother in law and threatened her. I have not taken out any loans at all. They have all my private information as well. I have also recently had - of my credit cards hacked and used as well as someone trying to steal income tax return. I received a letter from the IRS warning me of hackers. Please help.
