I was set up on a financial assistance program in - due to financial hardships due to changing jobs. I then found out that I was canceled due to the representative setting my payments up as an ACH transaction as opposed to a purchase. I received numerous collection calls after this was set up and this was the only way I knew that my account was changed from a positive to negative standing. I then called and spoke to a supervisor to get this set up again in -. I come to find out today, 5-10, that I was cancelled per a rep. named -. - told me that " the head manager '' declined me, not because the financial assistance program was n't being followed, but because Navient changed their mind in determining my repayment ability. I asked - for an email with some specifics so that I could later call back and speak to a manager but he said that " he was the one who dictated what could be communicated '' and what I wanted was not available in any form. - was rude, intimidating and not helpful. I already paid money to Navient yet do not know what my account status is. I am very worried and concerned that my credit will be affected. I need help.
