Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan Mississippi

I was issued - loans by - University from Genesis Lending. While in school interest and payments were requested of me. I was unaware of this loan being a private loan and therefore could not consolidate it. I was not notified that these loans were sold to some other company that is requiring immediate payment. I can not pay $740.00 a month for - - and then $240.00 on another -. Why was I not informed of these changes and why ca n't get some relief from this company? The school DID NOT inform me of what or where these loans were coming from.
