JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
My ex husband opened an account in my name without my knowledge. He then had the address for the statement sent to an address I was unaware of and then defaulted or was late on a payment. I have tried contacting the company in question to tell them this is a fraudulent account but they have not removed the derogatory marks from my credit report. I have tried disputing the items as well with the bureaus. These marks are negatively affecting my ability to secure a home loan.
