I went into - - on -/-/- to test drive a - Mazda 3, the dealership never disclose their relationship with Chase Bank. The dealership was in a rush to sell me a car. The salesperson - - called me everyday for about 2 weeks. I spoke with - from Chase and she told me the dealership was suppose to tell me that I would have - inquiries instead of -. I wanted to get my private student loans consolidated but due to number of inquiries by this dealership, I ca n't do anything. This is unfair to me. The finance - from - never disclosed that it was a part of Chase. I am client of - - - and they advised the dealership should have told me that. I had - inquiries from -, it also affected my credit score. I also sent over the inquiries to the general -, - - as proof. I do n't think its fair because I really need to consolidate my private loans to get a good rate. - misled me because they did not disclose all of the information to me. I was told by - - Firm where I am
I did have a recorded conservation with - telling me that the dealership should have told me this information. I was sent a copy of my permission to have my credit pulled but I never received an answer as to why my credit was pulled - times and I was never told about it plus I was never told the actual loan was approved by Chase. I was misled by -, I also have proof that - -, sales consultant for - called me everyday for - weeks ( I have a copy of my phone records ). I will continue to complain until this resolved, I have - inquiries on my credit report. This is unfair.
