Order flowers from a company name - to be delivered to my wife. The picture in their website vs what was delivered was a misrepresentation. Contacted - for a refund per their guarantee and they would not honor it. I then contacted Chase customer service and they said there was nothing that can be done since it was a debit and there was no purchase protection at all on debit purchases.
